At Adore Dance Shoes, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your performance; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn footwear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring the soles are protected and all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
